October 2011 Just to say we had a fantastic week,
yet again, up in Laide, even a cruise out of Gairloch and managed
to see dolphins, who obligingly swam along side the boat. Philip
Sept.11 Probably the best cottage we've ever
stayed in. The layout, facilities and sheer thoughtfulness of
the finishing touches made this the best week possible. Coming
here was like a home from home. Lewis and Louise.
June 2011 I very much enjoyed the week in June
in your fantastic cottage. It’s the best place I’ve
ever been with just everything you could possibly need (especially
for the occasional rainy day!). The area is so beautiful and I
wish I could have stayed longer.

2011 Many thanks for providing such a comfortable and homely cottage.
A great base for exploring the area. We really enjoyed watching
all the birds from the kitchen and were also delighted to see

Just a quick email to say
how very much we enjoyed our stay at Rose Cottage. It was very
cosy, warm and comfortable. The views from the cottage are lovely,
we are really missing them as we are the Pine Martin and the array
of birds which visit the garden. Our walks round Laide Wood and
the surrounding areas were a real treat.
We are hoping to return in the not too distant future so for now
thanks once again for sharing Rose Cottage with us.

- We arrived home from
Laide yesterday evening having had (yet again) a marvellous week.
Weather was mostly good and we managed a couple of evening barbecues
on Mellon Udrigle beach.
It really is a most fantastic part of Scotland. Garden full of
green and chaffinches, great, blue & goldfinches. Look forward
to going up there again - sooner rather than later. (Fantastic
to come to a self catering cottage where the knives work). Philip.

We had a great time thanks - weather was fairly
good with 2 really nice days....The cottage was great in every

We must congratulate you on such an excellent
Cottage, beautifully appointed and fitted out. We think of all
the ones we have stayed in over the years, yours is by far the
best we have used. On top of that the weather so far has been
kind to us as well!
